As part of the SharePoint Solutions team with Protiviti, our work focused on using the Microsoft Sharepoint software to create more comprehensive and modern designs for the intranet infrastructure of Mission Health. For this, we began our process interviewing health workers and current users to create a hierarchy of needs and wants that they have with the current service. The most requested features for the intranet were getting notifications and viewing upcoming events within their calendar. We focused on making notifications easy to dismiss while having quick access to events and community events within the company. We created a more modern landing page that provides quick access to resources for the Mission Health users.
